Selecting Role Models for All Staff
The outstanding employee is selected through a rigorous process. First, HR consolidates the nomination lists submitted by various department heads. All managers then participate in the first round of voting to rank the nominees.The final winner is selected through a second-round evaluation and is personally honored by the General Manager at the semi-annual mobilization meeting.

In the first half of 2025, the Outstanding Employee Award was proudly presented to Tsun-Hsin from our IT Department.

Tsun-Hsin serves as the key person responsible for resolving IT-related issues across the company. His extensive daily responsibilities include managing our critical ERP system updates, safeguarding our customer database, and preventing crucial information loss during personnel transitions. Beyond his primary duties, Tsun-Hsin consistently embodies our core value of "Helpfulness"—frequently stepping up to assist colleagues with various administrative and operational hurdles, even when they fall completely outside the traditional scope of IT management.
